Workflow

First, PE film is unwound and guided through the film feeding system. The inner film surface is treated by UV sterilization before entering the forming area. Then the machine forms the pouch shape, meters the liquid product, fills the pouch, completes side sealing, cuts the finished bag, prints production information, and discharges the final pouch to the downstream conveyor.
