After thoroughly understanding the client’s requirements and conducting in depth communication, we customized a batch of high speed fully automatic pouch packaging machines for them. The client’s existing equipment had a packaging capacity of 500ml and a speed of only 1,500 bags/hour, with complaints about slow speed, poor metering accuracy, and inadequate seal quality. Our customized solution features an adjustable capacity range of 100 500ml and achieves speeds of 6,000 bags/hour (at 500ml) and 8,000 bags/hour (at 200ml).
